View case studyEvery swept path report is produced by Malvin T. Somane directly. No outsourcing, no junior technicians. You know exactly who is working on your instruction.
Malvin founded Tourd Group after qualifying as a CLP Advanced Practitioner through CLOCS, the national standard body for construction logistics in the UK. His name is listed on the CLOCS national practitioner register.
Every report is produced using industry-standard CAD simulation software, the same tool used by highways consultants and local authority engineers across the UK. Drawings reference the correct technical standards for each project type: Manual for Streets, TD 16/07, DMRB, TSRGD, and the relevant local design guide.
Before founding Tourd, Malvin spent two years as a Senior Technical Consultant at WPS Compliance Consulting, advising local authorities including the London Boroughs of Hammersmith and Fulham, Hackney, and Enfield on ISO 14001 environmental management, BREEAM assessments, and planning compliance. He holds a certificate from the Cambridge University Judge Business School in Sustainability, ESG, Biodiversity, and Sustainable Urban Development.
His background as a Lead Business Systems Analyst brings structured, evidence-based precision to every report. Reports are written clearly for planning consultants and agents, with technical content accessible to planning officers without specialist knowledge.
